Getting involved
The success of AuthorAID depends on the involvement of its members. Whether you would like to publish blog posts, mentor others, contribute resources or speak at webinars – there are many ways to get involved! We call the people who actively contribute to the AuthorAID community “contributors”, which is then also recognized with badges on your profile:
If you are a more experienced researcher and would like to contribute to AuthorAID on a more regular basis, and be involved in more strategic decision-making, you could join the stewards. Learn more about the stewards here. Researchers who have been with the stewards for a while and would like to assume fewer responsibilities but still want to be involved on an advisory basis are called “alumni”.

Please note that this is only a guide and not a rigid system – if you can think of other ways to get involved in or contribute to the AuthorAID community, please reach out at authoraid@inasp.info. We always welcome new ideas!
