Biografía:: I have a BSc in chemistry and an MSc in colloid Science (1978) from Bristol, UK. I have a PhD in food physics (2009) from Wageningen, Holland. I have more than 30 publications on a wide range of topics, including light scattering, enhanced oil recovery, food hydrocolloids and rheology. I have worked in industrial research for more than 40 years.
