Enrolment open: “Research Writing in the Social Sciences” online course

By AuthorAID Team | Feb. 7, 2019  | Online courses

The AuthorAID online course in research writing has been offered regularly since 2012. It has been completed by thousands of researchers around the world, particularly researchers in developing countries who work in scientific disciplines. Responding to the increasing interest for training in research writing from social scientists, the AuthorAID team developed the “Research Writing in the Social Sciences” course towards the end of 2017. We then piloted this course in early 2018 with a group of around 170 researchers.

We were encouraged with the outcomes of the pilot and the feedback from the course participants, and so we are pleased to announce that we have secured funding to offer this as our next online course.

The upcoming AuthorAID Research Writing in the Social Sciences course will run from 26 February to 8 April 2019 (7 weeks). This will run as a Massive Online Open Course (MOOC).
