- Currently, I am a System Analyst (Consultant) at Welcome Industries, where I am involved in strategic decision making with directors. I had worked with leading organizations (randomly) as a Research Consultant like World Vision, Lahore Stock Exchange and others (Confidential) as well. My work in these consultancies was mostly about research planning, implementation, supervision, analysis and finally writing reports to the concerned program/project coordinators. Not only applied research, I am also involved in academic research for more than Two years. In academic research focus areas were; customer satisfaction, branding, services excellence, services branding, trust, research and customer loyalty as well.
