Dr. Emmanuel possesses an impressive array of academic qualifications and certifications, including Post-doc Research Fellow in development studies, an MBA, certification in Global Health Project Management, Conflict Studies, and Peace/Resolution. His expertise spans across diverse fields, such as Business Development and HRGP Partnership. He is recognized as an expert in Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), Training & Development, and Policy, a HRGP Senior Partner, an author and grants/proposal specialist. His career spans over 20years in development and emergency programs. Dr. Emmanuel has held various influential roles, including positions at USG PEPFAR (Harvard School of Public Health), where he contributed significantly to HIV/AIDS and Malaria initiatives in maternal and child health and malaria prevention across Africa. He has specialized in global health, with a specific focus on malaria, reproductive health, and health systems strengthening. As an infectious disease epidemiologist, Dr. Emmanuel excels in designing complex-integrated programs that incorporate a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods to address public health and emergency challenges effectively. On his remarkable achievements is fostering essential partnerships with international stakeholders, enabling the development of policy and implementation recommendations that align with the unique context of Africa.
