His career spans over 20years in development and emergency programs. Dr. Emmanuel has held various influential roles, including positions at USG PEPFAR (Harvard School of Public Health), where he contributed significantly to HIV/AIDS and Malaria initiatives in maternal and child health and malaria prevention across Africa. He has specialized in global health, with a specific focus on malaria, reproductive health, and health systems strengthening. As an infectious disease epidemiologist, Dr. Emmanuel excels in designing complex-integrated programs that incorporate a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods to address public health and emergency challenges effectively.
