- Biography:
- Mahmut Bakır is both a Ph.D. candidate of Civil Aviation Management at the Graduate School of Social Sciences, and a Research Assistant in the Department of Aviation Management, Anadolu University in Turkey. Mahmut obtained his MSc degree in Airline Management from Anadolu University in 2017. His Master’s degree thesis entitled “An integrated approach to the evaluation of e-service quality in airline companies” investigated the e-service quality performance of scheduled airlines in the Turkish airline industry. His primary research interests include airline business, service marketing, consumer behavior, multi-attribute decision analysis, and multivariate statistics.
