Biography:
An undergraduate medical student at an elite medical college in my country, I'm an aspiring surgical oncologist with interest in hepatopancreatobiliary surgery, neurosurgery & vascular surgery. My current research focuses on systematic reviews with meta-analyses around post-ERCP pancreatitis & sarcopenia. I also explore machine learning to develop models for efficient, cost-friendly initial screening & diagnosis of ailments. By adopting autoML, I was able to develop models that screen for NAFLD by taking in only easy-to-measure anthropometric measures with very good discriminating ability. With student membership of American College of Phyaicians, American College of Cardiology & American Society of Clinical Oncology, I try to keep myself at the top of current trends in medical research evolving human lives. By adopting Artificial intelligence in general & machine learning in particular, albeit in a controlled manner, I believe that the associated morbidity & mortality for cancer patients can be significantly curtailed.
