I am interested in the sustainable governance of the environment and natural resources, conservation, biodiversity, sustainability, gender mainstreaming and community engagement through public participation,sensitization and empowerment programmes.
Hadijah has expertise in law, particularly natural resources and environmental law. She has been part of university administration as well as a lecturer of law in land,climate change, human rights, environmental law and policy, corporate governance ,gender mainstreaming, and research. She has authored a few publications and is currently pursuing a PhD in Environmental Law at the Centre for Advanced Studies in Environmental Law and Policy ,University of Nairobi, Kenya.
