Illyria provides writing services for the biopharmaceutical industry, specializing in documents for eCTD-based submissions. Before forming Illyria, Nancy had medical writing careers at Berlex Laboratories, Covance, Matrix Pharmaceutical, Protein Design Labs, and Genentech. Nancy is a certified medical writer (MWC). She earned a PhD. in English from the University of California, Berkeley, a certificate in Clinical Sciences from the Pharmaceutical Education Research Institute (PERI), and four certificates from the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA): Pharmaceuticals, Editing/Writing, Concepts of Science and Medicine, and Advanced. She earned a certificate in Training & Human Resource Development from UC Berkeley Extension.Nancy is active in Drug Information Association (DIA) and American Medical Writers Association (AMWA).
