Biography:
I am physician with 3 years experience working in resource poor setting with special focus on Integrated management of adult and paediatric HIV/TB, PMTCT for key populations, and health system strengthening. I have worked as clinical team lead in a USAID project (KP-CARE-1 Project) over 50 ad-hoc staff in two (2) supported sites in Cross River State, and FHI360/Global Fund (NAHI project) in Ebonyi State respectively, with a combined TX_CURR of about 6000; providing mentorship and supervision to strengthen performance and quality of care through community facilitators, focal service providers, community case management teams for achieving linkage to optimized ART, client education and retention, management of unsuppressed clients and Health Systems Strengthening. I also have technical expertise on advanced data analysis and visualization using Excel Techniques, Power Bi, Tableau, PostgressSQL, and SPSS Currently, I am Public Health Masters Student, in University of Bradford, United Kingdom, undergoing trainings on Research Process Fundamentals, dissemination, and writing research papers for for high-impact journals, systematic reviews and meta-analysis I seek for opportunities to grow my skills in population/public health intelligence, project/program management
