- Frank Wilson Ntsafack (Master in information systems management) is currently a PhD canidate at Dschang School of Economics and Management (DSEM) of the University of Dschang, Cameroon. Frank Wilson previously did researchs in Information Systems and IT adoption (m-commerce, IT adoption in education, elearning, mobile shopping apps etc) before joining DSEM, were He is now doing research in health management information sytstems and influence of information technologies usage on the organiéational productivity and/or performance. He is looking for partial or full scholarshi in the field of information technology for development, more specifically in the area of health management technology in order to improve challenges (cost) he will face to, while collecting data on the field and presenting his work results at international conferences.
