- . I am the information systems and information technology department director at National Institute of Administrative Science NIAS & Assistance Professor at NIAS and Hadhramaut University in Yemen. I completed my PhD in March 2019. During the period of my postgraduate studies I have achieved an excellent achievement. I have been selected to work as a reviewer and editor with different organization, journals and conferences in USA, UK, France and Malaysia, I got my PhD with honors and with outstanding grade, I have successfully done more than 20 academic researches published and under publication indexed in ISI & Scopus. I successfully got the membership of differential association in the USA and China. I have successfully created a new theory which opened a new way in the field of software and information systems engineering. My expertise is in lecturing, training, administration, statistical analyzing, programming, database analyzing & designing, software engineering, information systems engineering and information technology.
