DESCRIPTION:There is less than one month remaining to apply for the 20
 10 Emerald/ALCS African Management Research Fund Award and the 2010 Em
 erald/ALCS African Engineering Research Fund Award. \n\nEach award wil
 l offer £2\,500 (approximately US$4\,000 equivalent) to fund the winn
 ing research projects. \n\nAll that is required is a 2\,000-word summa
 ry of the proposed research project\, and a covering letter. Applicati
 ons should address the dissemination of knowledge for the social good 
 with a specific orientation toward benefit for Africa. \n\nThe main me
 mber of the research team must be based in Africa. The closing date fo
