Capacity building within a university can mean a variety of things including: improving staff-student ratio; increasing available computers; and providing courses and workshops. As part of their effort to build a stronger academic environment and support the higher education needs of the students, the National University of Rwanda and AuthorAID ran a writing workshop which has led to a rapid boost in publications.
