Biography:
Joash has over 6 years experience in governance and development environment possessing strong technical skills in programme design, proposal development, implementation, evaluation, assessment., strategic planning and accountability. He has published widely on human development, security sector reform, gender and human rights and governance issues. He is a contributor to the book, 'Corporate Espionage Geopolitics and Diplomacy Issues in International Business, IGI Global (USA) and co-author of 'Social media and public policy in the developing world. A Model for Africa Integrative Perspective'. He is also a pro-internet activist with wide experience in advocacy for the open internet, internet neutrality and freedom of expression as an associate with Research ICT Africa, Cape town, South Africa. He is also an African School of Internet Governance (AFrisig Fellow) with Association of Progressive Communications (APC) in South Africa, and the Atlas Fellowship, Washington, USA. Among his articles on public policy, human rights, peace and conflict are available on the Organization for World Peace blog, Pambazuka, a Pan-African Voices Blog and Europa World Book Series (USA).
