I am a young researcher from a developing country and asking on the best elements that could lead to successfully publish my research works? also, are there a deadline to publish my back dated works? what technical formalities I should follow?

elements of good research may encompase: suitable research design, insuring data quality, proper interpretation and finally good writing.

it depnds on the date of such data, how many years have been elapsed.

The most important element is that of having a very clear research question - from that question comes the right study design to answer the question, and the right analaysis of the data to ensure the question is answered completely. These are things I always look for in a paper that comes for review.
