DESCRIPTION:The Council of Science Editors' International Scholarship 
 Program has been developed to support editors from developing nations.
  A number of scholarships are being offered to CSE's 2011 Annual Meeti
 ng in Baltimore\, MD\, USA. This year's meeting will focus on "Making 
 Science Matter." Each funded scholar will receive free registration to
  the conference (including hotel stay and all meals) and partial reimb
 ursement for travel expenses.
