Biography:
am currently serving as Assistant Professor, Department of Community Medicine, Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences-Sikkim Manipal University. I am also in charge of the Statistical cell of Sikkim Manipal University, Sikkim. Member of the University Institutional Research Committee. I have worked as a prestigious Health Corps Fellow at the Centre for Infectious Disease Research in Zambia (CIDRZ), Lusaka (2018-2019). I have earned my Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Health-Statistics from the Institute of Medical Science, Banaras Hindu University (BHU); and Master of Population Science from the International Institute for Population Sciences, Mumbai. With more than 10 years of teaching and research experience in epidemiology, biostatistics, and public health fields. Currently, I am working on machine learning techniques for cancer research. My main research area is Survival Analysis, Multivariate data analysis, and Machine learning techniques.
